Airlines ignoring air rage, says union

Airlines are failing to tackle the problem of air rage, according to a British transport workers’ union.

Many airlines have no set anti-air rage policy and few provide training for staff on how to combat badly-behaved passengers, research from the London-based International Transport Workers’ Federation showed.
