Double bomb blast rocks Cambodian capital

Two explosions have rocked the busiest street in Cambodia's capital Phnom Penh, injuring at least three people.

The first blast occurred on the first floor of the Hong Kong hotel on Monivong Boulevard in Phnom Penh, injuring one woman, a boy and a police officer.
