A broadcasting watchdog has rejected complaints about a Graham Norton show in which a woman appeared to play a flute with an intimate part of her anatomy.

Norton visited a website called Pipes Of Pam on which the "musician" played the National Anthem, although Channel 4 cut away from showing her performance.
