A hand grenade has exploded in a packed cafe in southern Serbia, injuring 21 people.

The state Tanjug news agency said none of the victims, aged between 15 and 27, was seriously hurt in the 1am blast but the interior of the cafe in downtown Leskovac, a city 150 miles south-east of Belgrade, was demolished.
