Bigamist’s sentencing postponed over deviance

Sentencing of a man convicted of bigamy was postponed today because of a dispute over whether he should be tested for sexual deviance.

Judge Guy Burningham said in Salt Lake City he would give Tom Green a chance next Wednesday to say why he opposes the evaluation.
