Downey plea bargains to escape jail term: report

Troubled actor Robert Downey junior is set to escape prison for drugs charges by striking a deal with prosecutors, it was reported today.

The ex-Ally McBeal star had faced up to four years in prison after allegedly been found in possession of cocaine and valium.
