Woman fires off shots over cold fries

A woman who was upset because her french fries were cold allegedly shot out a window at a McDonald's in Florida.

The incident happened at a branch in Orlando, near the Universal Studios theme park.

No one was injured but several families were frightened, according to reports.

A store manager said a customer had been unhappy because her fries were cold.

"It is disturbing because the lady that was sitting in the back here had several children and I mean this place is a place for children," said witness Sheila Howson.

"It's not a place to be shooting around at and we are very disturbed."

Orlando police said they are investigating the possibility that a customer was responsible. They hope to use surveillance video footage to track down the culprit.
