Abusive passengers face flight bans

Rude passengers face being banned before they board flights under new guidelines from British Airways.

Travellers who use ‘‘threatening, abusive or insulting’’ language to check-in staff may be stopped before they enter the plane, the airline’s amended conditions of carriage states.
