A father-of-four is due in court charged with causing the deaths of 10 people in the Selby rail disaster.

Gary Hart, 36, of Strubby, Lincolnshire, is appearing at York Crown Court in connection with the train crash at the village of Great Heck near Selby, North Yorkshire, which claimed the lives of six passengers and four rail staff.
