Apples 'help breathing'
Apples and tomatoes can help people breathe more easily, scientists say.
A study of 2,633 British adults found that eating at least five apples or three tomatoes a week significantly raised lung capacity.
The research, led by Professor John Britton at Nottingham University, explored the relationship between a wide variety of foods and breathing ability.
