Politicians lack vision, Mowlam tells New Yorkers

British Cabinet Office Minister Mo Mowlam today claimed politicians lack an overall vision and are failing to engage with the young.

Ms Mowlam, who is quitting politics at the election and has already made her last appearance in Parliament, said the biggest problem at the election would be turnout - especially among the young.
