Kilshaws decide against adoption appeal

British couple Judith and Alan Kilshaw have decided not to appeal against the High Court ruling to return the babies they adopted over the internet to the United States

The British couple claimed they paid a US baby broker £8,200 to adopt nine-month-old Kimberley and Beverley.
