Fresh Scottish FMD fears

In Britain, the army is stepping up its presence along the Scottish borders, after new cases of foot-and-mouth in previously unaffected areas.

Ten military teams are due to arrive in Jedburgh to deal with two outbreaks, before moving on to cull animals within a three mile radius.
