Nuclear waste reaches final destination

The controversial shipment of nuclear waste has reached its final destination at a storage facility in north-eastern Germany.

The train carrying the radioactive cargo from France was held up for 24 hours as demonstrators clashed with police and tied themselves to the tracks.
