Fight foot-and-mouth not elections - Hague urges

Fighting foot-and-mouth must have priority over fighting elections, William Hague says.

The Tory leader called on the Prime Minister to "get a grip" on the foot-and-mouth crisis by appointing a "crisis Cabinet".
