Bulgarian diplomats kicked out of Moscow for 'spying'

Three Bulgarian diplomats declared persona non-grata for alleged intelligence activities have left for home.

The Bulgarians were asked to leave on Monday for "activity inconsistent with diplomatic status," a euphemism for spying. They were ordered to be out of Moscow by Friday.
