Fears voiced over foot-and-mouth cull

Signs of dissent are emerging among Scottish farmers towards the pre-emptive cull of thousands of sheep.

One farmer, whose sheep and cattle farm lies 40 miles from the outbreak zone, said he was contemplating legal action if his animals were earmarked for slaughter.
