Four girls crushed to death in stampede to see A1

Four teenage girls have been crushed to death in a Jakarta shopping mall stampede when a crowd tried to catch a glimpse of A1.

Two other girls were injured after being trampled on when about 1,500 fans of the British boy band stampeded the exits of the Taman Anggrek shopping mall.
