Foot and mouth cases hit 200

The number of outbreaks of foot and mouth in the United Kingdom has risen to 200.

Seventeen cases were confirmed today.

The nine newest outbreaks are in Bowness-on-Solway, Cumbria; Raughton, Cumbria; High Offley, Staffs; Penrith, Cumbria; Marston, Staffs; Wigton, Cumbria; Lydney, Gloucestershire; Gretna, Dumfries and Galloway; Silloth, Cumbria.
