Husband hogs Big Brother voteline to help Anthea

Anthea Turner's husband has admitted phoning the Celebrity Big Brother voteline repeatedly to try to stop her from being evicted.

Grant Bovey says many of the 750,000 votes which ousted Chris Eubank from the house came from him.

Turner is said to have cried when she found she had been nominated for eviction by her housemates.

But a telephone vote by viewers made the final decision, and Eubank was asked to leave the Big Brother house.

Jack Dee and Vanessa Feltz are the latest housemates up for eviction.
