Five new cases of foot and mouth in Britain

Five more cases of foot and mouth have been confirmed, taking the total number of outbreaks to 112 in Britain.

The British Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food said cattle and sheep at a farm in Arthuret near Carlisle in Cumbria, a farm in Derbyshire and a farm in Shebbear in Devon all had the disease.
