Nato is considering letting Yugoslav forces help keep ethnic Albanian rebels out of Macedonia following clashes there this week.

The alliance would decide this week whether to let Yugoslav troops return to a narrow strip of land along the joint border of Yugoslavia, Macedonia and the Yugoslav province of Kosovo, said alliance Secretary-General Lord Robertson.
