Stallone sued for attempted rape

A US stripper is suing Sylvester Stallone for sexual assault and attempted rape.

Maggie Carr, 42, claims Stallone trapped her in a room at a gym a year ago, tore off her clothes and grabbed her.

Carr is seeking damages for emotional distress, suffering, pain and "oppressive and malicious actions".

Stallone denies the accusations.
