Bribes extorted from three quarters of Thailand tourists: study

Academics have concluded most travellers to Thailand have to pay bribes to officials.

A Bangkok Assumption University study has found 74.4% of the 1,024 respondents had been asked for cash for favours at Thailand's main international airports.
