Mandelson 'cleared' of lying

Former cabinet minister Peter Mandelson did not lie over the Hinduja passport affair, it is being reported.

An official inquiry has found "no reason to doubt Mr Mandelson's honesty" over the passport application, according to The Sunday Telegraph.
