Army officers arrested in Kabila killer hunt
Two top army officers have been arrested in the hunt for the killers of Congo leader Laurent Kabila.
President Kabila was reportedly shot dead by his bodyguard in January.
Colonel Edy Kapend and General Nawej Yav have been arrested for alleged conspiracy in the assassination.
Both were close aides and colleagues of Mr Kabila, it is reported.
Colonel Kapend was the first official to appear on television after the shooting.
At the time the government said the president was shot by one of his bodyguards, who was himself shot dead immediately afterwards.
