Foreign ministers to sign Nice deal on EU reforms

EU foreign ministers will fly to the French Riviera to sign the controversial Nice Treaty which was negotiated in December.

The treaty contains reforms preparing the EU to take in a dozen countries, mostly from eastern Europe.
