Donkey rider banned from drive-in cinema

A New Zealand farmer has been banned from a drive-in cinema for watching movies on the back of a donkey.

Cinema bosses say Geoff Roder blocks the view for other viewers while on the back of the animal.

But the 35-year-old bachelor, goes to the cinema with the animal as it is his only companion.

Mr Roder says he can't get to the movies without his donkey as he can't drive.

He's threatening to sue the cinema chain.
