Quake workers turn attention to preventing disease

Aid workers at the site of last week's devastating Indian earthquake have turned their attention to preventing the spread of disease among the 600,000 homeless in the area.

Hopes have been all but abandoned for finding more survivors after the last were dug out of the rubble on Wednesday. Some rescuers have decided to abandon the search for survivors.
