Man charged over body in suitcase

A disabled man accused of chopping up his neighbour and storing his remains in a suitcase was today charged with murder, officials in Australia said.

John Arthur Powers Surrey, 44, was charged by Brisbane Magistrates with murder, entering with intent and interfering with a corpse.
