Internet twins row sparks adoption law shake-up

New laws to protect babies being adopted abroad and brought back to Britain are to be rushed through Parliament,

The need for new laws was highlighted by the adoption row over the twins brought out of the US by Alan and Judith Kilshaw, says the Department of Health.
