Clinton says US has done well under him

Bill Clinton, in a farewell from the Oval Office, has told the US that "America has done well" during his presidency.

Citing record-breaking prosperity and a cleaner environment he said George W Bush would inherit a country "in a great position to meet the challenges of the future".
