Saddam broadcasts Gulf War anniversary speech

Saddam Hussein has delivered a televised speech to mark the 10th anniversary of the Gulf War.

The speech was filled with rhetoric about Iraq's victory against the enemy, which he said included the US, Britain, Germany and Spain.
