Peres and Arafat join peace talks

Former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat have joined the Middle East peace talks.

The pair met in Gaza City for a final push for an agreement before Bill Clinton leaves office and Israel's Prime Minister Ehud Barak faces voters.
