Officers face disciplinary charges after Anna Climbie murder verdict

Eight Metropolitan police officers face disciplinary charges and one has been taken off operational duties after the Anna Climbie murder verdict.

A social worker has also been suspended pending disciplinary procedures following the eight-year-old's death.
