Bomb explodes beside 800-strong telephone bill queue

A bomb at the gate of the main telephone exchange in Kashmir has wounded at least 30 people waiting to pay their bills.

Five people have been critically wounded in the blast at Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu-Kashmir state.
