Eleven die in US house blaze
Eleven members of a family have been killed after fire gutted their home in southern Delaware.
The victims included several young children, said state police corporal Bruce Harris. Investigators from the state fire marshal's office are on the scene trying to determine what sparked this morning's blaze.
At least five of the Oak Orchard victims were taken to the Beebe Medical Centre in Lewis, where they were pronounced dead, police said.
Names of the victims have not yet been released, the Las Vegas Sun reports.
"I think any number of people is too many but this is quite shocking," Harris said.
