River Rocket the latest addition to Jamie Oliver’s army
The celebrity chef posted a picture on Instagram of his fifth child snoozing in the garden, as he formally introduced him to the world.
He wrote: “Wow what a Hot Day today guys. So the littlest one is stared out and sleeping again..... it’s probably polite to formally introduce the new boy to you, his names [sic] River Rocket Oliver we think it suits him and he’s a little gift and we are all very happy....
“Thanks for all your kind wishes big love jamie and gang X X X.”
The family had kept quiet about their son’s name since he arrived on August 8.
However, Oliver’s wife Jools recently dropped a big hint when she posted an Instagram message reading “Dream Big River” in capitals.
She added an emoji of a rocket and another of a heart.
It triggered speculation that the couple’s new arrival was called River or Rocket.
It is no surprise that the couple chose a quirky moniker, as they are known for picking out unusual names for their children.

River Rocket joins siblings Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo, 12, Petal Blossom, seven, and Buddy Bear, five.
A spokesman later confirmed that their child has a name that is just as unique as his siblings’.
Jamie was first noticed by the BBC in 1997 while working as a sous chef at the acclaimed River Café in Fulham.
He made an unscripted appearance in a documentary on the Italian eatery which led him being given his own show, The Naked Chef, two years later.
