A man arrested in Portugal in connection with the murder of six-year-old Rikki Neave more than two decades ago has been returned to the UK.

The 35-year-old man, from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, was arrested by local officers in Lisbon.

After a court appearance in Portugal on August 4, 2016 he was extradited to the UK, Cambridgeshire Police said.
