Austria extradites Paris terror attack suspects to France

Two men thought to be connected to the militants who carried out the Paris attacks in November have been extradited to France from Austria.

The two men, an Algerian thought to be aged 29 and a Pakistani believed to be 35, were arrested at a shelter for refugees last year on suspicion of being linked to the attacks in which 130 people were killed.

“The two accused have left federal territory,” the Salzburg prosecutors’ office said in a statement.
