Father jailed for raping daughter: 'It was fun while it lasted'

An Australian who repeatedly raped his daughter and organised strangers to abuse her while he watched was jailed for 22-and-a-half years yesterday, telling police “it was fun while it lasted”.

The 42-year-old, who cannot be named to protect the girl’s identity, admitted 61 offences between 2013 and 2015 when his daughter was between 11 and 13.

The West Australian District Court in Perth heard he met six other men online and arranged for them to have sex with her while he watched or participated.
