Liverpool holds vigil; the Times of London admit Hillsborough front page omission a mistake

The Times of London newspaper has said it "made a mistake" by not including coverage of the Hillsborough inquests on the front page of its first edition.

The paper's statement came hours before a massive vigil was held outside St George's Hall in the city.
