‘A parent’s worst nightmare’ as twins drown in fish pond

Two-year-old twin boys who drowned after falling into a fish pond in a garden in Fife have been named locally.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Dalgety Bay at around 8.20am on Saturday after brothers Rhys and Shaun Scott were found.

They were rushed to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy but later died, Police Scotland said.
