Jemima Goldsmith and Russell Brand win case against masseuse

Comedian Russell Brand and former partner Jemima Goldsmith have won their High Court harassment case against a masseuse who alleged they treated her ”like a prostitute”.

They were first granted a restraining injunction against Hungarian-born Szilvia Berki last year. That order was made final by Mr Justice Jay yesterday.

Sitting in London, he said Berki had made a “series of scarcely veiled threats, some of which I have to say are extremely unsavoury”.
