Masseuse says couple treated her ‘like a prostitute’

Comedian Russell Brand and girlfriend Jemima Khan have asked the High Court to continue an injunction against a masseuse who alleges they treated her "like a prostitute".

The couple was first granted the order, restraining Hungarian-born Szilvia Berki from harassing them, last month.

Their counsel, Aidan Eardley, told Mrs Justice Carr today it stemmed from a £500 (€625) birthday present massage arranged by Khan for Brand in the privacy of their own house in June.
