Obama fails to suit Twitterati’s fancy

Tongues were wagging on Twitter over Barack Obama’s audacity to wear a taupe-coloured suit while discussing possible US military action in Syria.

Twitter lit up and the reviews of his unusual fashion choice were less than fashionable, with many poking fun at slogans closely associated with Obama. “Taupe and change,” said one tweet. “The audacity of taupe,” said another, tweaking the title of one of Obama’s bestsellers, The Audacity Of Hope.

“Yes, we tan,” said a third.
