TV star’s cheeky ‘butt selfie’ could make legal history

Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger is facing legal action after allegedly posting a snap of a model’s bottom, photo-shopping it and attempting to pass it off as her own.

TV star’s cheeky ‘butt selfie’ could make legal history

It may mark the first time a ā€œbelfieā€ court case is ever taken — a ā€œbutt selfieā€ to those who don’t know.

Goodger, 28, a former reality TV star, posted a picture on Instagram of herself showing off a bum that wasn’t even hers — according to 27-year-old model Carmen Ortega, who has claimed ownership of the bum.

Goodger stole the photo from Ortega’s Instagram account, she says, applied a filter to lighten it up and widened the waist to make it resemble her fuller figure.

She then posted it on her own account with the caption ā€œNightmare wifeā€.

Ortega said: ā€œWe’ve never even met and now this could end up in court.

ā€œI am speaking with my attorney. I have already offered her the chance to publicly apologise, but she won’t.ā€

Carmen added that she thinks Lauren is ā€˜desperate’ saying: ā€œI feel violated. I honestly feel sad that she would be so desperate to do such a thing. I work really hard on my body and looks, and my modelling career is on the rise because of my hard work. For someone to steal, alter and imposter is absolutely not OK.ā€
