107-year-old man killed by SWAT officers in stand-off

A 107-year-old man was killed in a confrontation with Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) officers on Saturday night in the US state of Arkansas.

Police were called to a home in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, according to CNN reports.

“When they arrived, they were able to determine that an aggravated assault had occurred against two people at the residence,” Lt David E Price, a Pine Bluff police spokesman, said in a statement.
