Birdman Ron Freeman bags another world record

Adventurer Ron Freeman has set what he believes is another Birdman world record.

He leapt off Worthing Pier in West Sussex with his hang glider and flew 141.5 metres into the English Channel.

It comes a day after he claimed he had set a new record by becoming the first person to break the 100m mark with 106m

“I just took off and got good lift on take off and I knew I was going to go far,” the 57-year-old said after his latest flight.
