‘Real top brass of Western capitalism’ gather

A meeting of some of the world’s most powerful people has been slammed as being too secretive.

This year’s guest list of 140 high-ranking figures includes Britain’s chancellor George Osborne and his Labour shadow Ed Balls, the CEOs of Google and Amazon as well as royalty from across the world.

Delegates of the controversial private conference entered the gates of the Grove Hotel, near Watford, in Hertfordshire, England, for the meeting of the Bilderberg Group. No minutes of the meeting are taken and no journalists are allowed inside the four-day event,
